Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet, orient and support newly admitted or transferred patients.
• Respond to patient call lights and expedite follow through.
• Make rounds and communicate with patients, families and care teams.
• Assist with admissions, transfers and discharges.
• Provide concierge services and assist with way finding.
• Assemble and maintain patient records and related documents.
• Support unit clerical functions and troubleshoot equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
