Job summary

Cleveland Clinic is expanding in Cleveland with a new, state-of-the-art Neurological Institute facility. The Inventory Coordinator will liaise with Supply Chain Management to reflect department needs and manage inventory per policy.

Work hours are 5:30am to 3:30pm with one weekend day dedicated to counting inventory. The role emphasizes maintaining inventory integrity, resolving vendor issues, monitoring reports, and ensuring accurate receipts and par levels within the ERP system.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in inventory control functions with responsibility for par levels, purchasing functions, inventory analysis and usage trends OR an associate’s degree in supply chain management or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory integrity.
• Resolve shipping and receiving issues directly with the vendor or carriers.
• Monitor reports and resolve discrepancies.
• Provide technical setup and maintenance of automated ordering systems.
• Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve any automated ordering system issues.
