Job summary

Allbridge is seeking an Engineer, Network and Voice Enablement and Brand Standards to serve as the technical escalation point for network and voice questions from Support, Installation, and PM teams, while building onboarding content, a clear RACI, and training programs so teams carry more of the load independently.

You will own brand standards documentation for assigned partners across network, voice, video, and property technology, manage cadence meetings, and communicate changes to

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in network and voice technologies, including training or enablement functions.
• Experience designing training curricula and onboarding programs, with certification management.
• Strong documentation skills and experience using SharePoint or similar knowledge bases.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical escalation point for network and voice questions from Support, Installation, and PM teams.
• Design and deliver training curriculum targeting high-frequency gaps.
• Own onboarding curriculum for network and voice content across Support, Installation, and PM teams.
• Maintain the network and voice knowledge base in SharePoint.
• Define and maintain a RACI for escalations.
• Coordinate cadence meetings with brand partners and document outcomes.
• Keep brand standards library current and communicated to teams.
• Travel as needed to support brand partners.
