Job summary

Allbridge is seeking a Senior NEC Support Engineer to lead escalations and troubleshoot NEC hospitality systems across voice, PMS, and integrations. The role includes remote and on-site support, mentoring engineers, and delivering clear technical guidance to property teams and executives.

You will own complex cases, perform root-cause analysis, and contribute to knowledge bases while collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve reliability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 15+ years NEC enterprise voice experience; 20+ years preferred.
• Advanced hands-on NEC hospitality systems knowledge (PBX, voicemail, PMS).
• Strong troubleshooting for VoIP, SIP, UC, and hybrid environments.
• Experience with deployment, upgrades, and on-site/off-site support.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior escalation point for NEC voice, voicemail, and hospitality integrations.
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and support NEC systems and related endpoints.
• Perform root-cause analysis and document resolutions and procedures.
• Support PMS, SMDR integrations, call accounting, and guest workflows.
• Configure E911 per Kari's Law and regulatory requirements.
• Design and troubleshoot multi-site voice and WAN environments.
• Provide remote/on-site support for critical incidents and migrations.
• Lead customer-facing technical meetings and executive briefings.
