Job summary

Allbridge is seeking a Senior NEC Support Engineer to lead technical escalations for NEC premise-based, hosted, cloud, and hybrid voice solutions across multi-site properties. You will diagnose, resolve, and document issues, mentor engineers, and communicate findings to customers, property teams, and executives.

The role requires hands-on NEC hospitality system expertise, including PMS integrations, E911 compliance, and room/workflow management, with remote and onsite support as needed.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in NEC enterprise voice, 20+ preferred.
• Expertise with NEC UNIVERGE SV9300/SV9500 and hospitality integrations.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and escalation leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior escalation point for NEC voice and hospitality integration issues.
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain NEC systems and endpoints.
• Lead customer-facing technical meetings and executive briefings.
