Job summary

Allbridge, LLC is seeking an Engineer, Network and Voice Enablement and Brand Standards to lead technical enablement across Support, Installation, and PM teams. You will build onboarding content, define RACI, and develop training programs to reduce escalations and empower teams to work independently.

You will own documentation and standards for network, voice, video, and property technology with brand partners, maintain SharePoint knowledge bases, and coordinate cadence meetings to ensure timely

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in network and voice technologies.
• Experience with network brands and hosted UCaaS platforms.
• Experience designing training curriculums and certification programs.
• Strong documentation and knowledge management skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical escalation point for Support, Installation, and PM on network and voice questions.
• Design and deliver training curriculum for highest impact gaps.
• Own onboarding curriculum for network and voice content across teams.
• Maintain the network and voice knowledge base in SharePoint.
• Define and maintain a RACI for escalations and communication.
