Qualifications

• Proven ability to troubleshoot network issues and document resolutions.
• Experience installing and maintaining LAN/WAN, VPN, and wireless networks.
• Familiarity with network security principles and best practices.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing concepts.
• Experience with network monitoring and incident response.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
• Perform routine maintenance and system upgrades.
