Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Network Technician to support and maintain our organization’s network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will install, configure, monitor, and troubleshoot network hardware, software, and communication systems to ensure optimal performance and security

• Perform routine maintenance and system upgrades

• Maintain network security protocols and assist with cybersecurity measures
• Document network configurations, changes, and procedures
• Coordinate with IT staff and vendors to resolve technical issues

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience) or 3 more years’ experience Rukus and Cloudpath with routers, switches, and firewalls 3 more years’ experience
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and network security principles
• Familiarity with Windows and/or Linux operating systems
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
