Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with relevant work experience and certifications.
• 3–5 years of experience building and supporting critical network infrastructure.
• Strong LAN/WAN knowledge and wireless 802.11 expertise.
• Experience with network monitoring, alerting tools, and team leadership.
• Familiarity with IoT devices on enterprise networks.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize campus wired/wireless network infrastructure.
• Serve as the technical point of contact for networking projects.
• Ensure a secure, redundant, high‑quality network experience for students and staff.
• Respond to issues, monitor networks, and remediate proactively.
• Develop documentation and training for users and staff.
• Maintain network design documents, cabling, switches/routers, APs, and controllers.
