Job summary

A technology services company located in Crawford County, Meadville, seeks a professional to install and maintain computer and network hardware. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Install and maintain computer/network hardware and software.
  • Maintain campus security systems and assist with end-user training.
  • Troubleshoot computer system related problems.
  • Maintain campus security cameras, NVR’s, access readers and badges, and security access software.
  • Maintain and rollout cellular devices, replace and repair, and assist with purchase and invoicing of new devices and upgrades.
  • Troubleshoot and mitigate Cybersecurity Events and assist with end-user training
  • Provide staff and users with assistance troubleshooting and solving computer system related problems.
  • Advances job knowledge to next level by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications.
  • Train staff and users to work with computer systems and programs.
  • This position is Salary exempt.
