Aspen Fiber Networks is seeking a proactive Network Support Specialist to provide technical support and troubleshoot client networking needs, ensuring reliable performance of networks and systems. The role involves collaboration with clients and internal teams to diagnose issues and implement solutions.

Responsibilities include monitoring client networks, diagnosing and resolving issues, installing/configuring equipment, training clients, and documenting resolutions.

Qualifications

• Must have a degree in a related field (associate or bachelor).
• Proven experience in network support or technical support.
• Strong knowledge of common network protocols and technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Familiarity with networking hardware and diagnosing issues.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support client network systems to ensure smooth operation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues reported by clients.
• Assist in the installation and configuration of network equipment.
• Provide technical guidance and support to clients and internal teams.
• Document and maintain records of network support activities and resolutions.
• Stay updated on networking technologies and industry best practices.
• Participate in the training of clients on network usage and best practices.
• Collaborate with network engineers to implement solutions for network enhancements.
