Qualifications

• Competency-Based Qualification Standard (2210) applies to IT Management.
• Must meet minimum proficiency levels and specialized experience.
• GS-12 level requires at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to GS-11.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT customer service and support for software/hardware issues.
• Train users on routine applications and IT processes.
• Coordinate teleconferences and distance learning for legal training.
• Install, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot common hardware/software.
• Develop training materials to meet district IT needs.
• Implement security and access controls to protect systems and data.
