Qualifications

• At least 18 months of experience converting data from project specifications by preparing program code using generally accepted languages.
• Experience planning, installing and maintaining data communications network lines and devices.
• Experience evaluating, implementing and maintaining computer hardware and software.

Responsibilities

• Serve as point of contact for agency's IT Unit.
• Provide technical support to agency staff.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Manage access to devices and ensure system security.
• Performs duties at several locations in St. Mary's County.
