Qualifications

• One year of experience maintaining and modifying operating systems for multipurpose, multi-tasking computers.
• Experience leading lower level staff is preferred.
• Experience providing IT services for a State or Federal agency is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead lower-level staff.
• Implement, administer, and enforce IT policies, procedures, and standards, ensuring compliance.
• Oversee the selection, development, implementation, and operation of IT services.
• Provide input, research, recommendations for updates to IT policies and procedures; review drafts.
• Submit network service requests to DoIT intake.
