Job summary

Applicants should have extensive experience in IT support, network maintenance and project participation.

Qualifications

• Experience with computer networks and IT services.
• Experience with help desk operations and ticketing systems.
• Preference for AD, VOIP and help desk experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to internal and external customers; log incidents and track until resolution.
• Complete projects as assigned; monitor IT systems and networks for issues.
• Manage IT assets and disposals; ensure compliance with IT policies.
