Job summary

CACI is seeking a Team Lead for Network Operations – Tier 2 to supervise enterprise network activities and coordinate with the Network Operations Center across locations. The role requires TS/SCI with polygraph, CCNA, and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• IAT II (Ex: Security+)
• CCNA
• Active TS/SCI with a polygraph clearance OR TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain a polygraph prior to starting.
• 10+ Years of relevant experience (Bachelor’s Degree in applicable field may be substituted for 5 years of experience).
• Familiarity with both Cisco and Juniper network devices
• Strong working knowledge of the various routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, VRF, MPLS, 802.1x).
• In-depth knowledge of KG-175 Series TACLANES configuration process, fault isolation, and firmware upgrade procedures.
• Working knowledge of Cisco-ISE.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ticket acceptance and resolutions with the Network Operations Center and other staff.
• Support the development of technical resolution reports for critical outages in the Network.
• Conduct approved network changes including VLAN, ACL and port assignments.
• Perform IOS upgrades to routers and switches.
• Perform routing and switching equipment upgrades to ensure continued operations.
• Draft Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for network operations.
• Resolve network failures and accessibility problems within the network.
• Support site survey and engineering design data calls.
• Support new/enhanced network implementation, installation, and technical refresh projects.
• Work independently with some supervision.
• In remote locations function as independent engineering, maintenance, and network problem solving with minimal input.
