Our client seeks a Network Operations Engineer / Network Operations Analyst to provide real-time monitoring and incident response across a large enterprise network environment. The role centers on eyes‑on‑glass operations, proactive detection, and swift triage of circuit and connectivity events across 500+ global sites. The position requires strong Layer 1–3 troubleshooting, vendor coordination, and clear communication while following established SOPs in a 24x7 monitored environment. Typical shift is approximately 2:00 PM–11:00 PM Eastern with a likely weekend schedule after initial training.
Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Rate: $50.00 to $55.00/hr. w2
Bachelor's degree preferred. A highly qualified candidate without a degree may be considered.
