Duration: Approximately 9 months

Role Overview: We are seeking a detail‑oriented Network Operations Center (NOC) Specialist to support a 24x7 enterprise operations environment. This role is ideal for an early‑career IT Operations or NOC professional who enjoys real‑time monitoring, structured processes, and collaborative problem solving. The NOC Specialist plays a critical role in monitoring network systems, responding to alerts, documenting incidents, and coordinating issue resolution with vendors and internal teams. This position follows a rotating shift schedule and offers a hybrid work arrangement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and network connectivity
  • Identify, triage, and respond to alerts using monitoring tools such as Moogsoft or equivalent systems
  • Perform initial incident analysis and follow defined escalation procedures
  • Create, update, and manage incidents and service requests using ServiceNow
  • Coordinate with external vendors through portal‑based ticketing systems
  • Collaborate with team members using Microsoft Teams
  • Maintain clear and accurate documentation throughout the incident lifecycle
  • Support continuous operations by working a rotating 24x7 shift schedule, including nights and weekends
Qualifications
  • Level 1 experience in a NOC, IT Operations, TOC, or Network Monitoring environment
  • General knowledge of routers, switches, and network connections
  • Experience with monitoring and alerting platforms such as Moogsoft or similar tools
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow and ticketing systems
  • Experience coordinating with vendors and using vendor portals
  • Strong process management, analytical, and written communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a structured, operations‑driven environment
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship
Compensation and Benefits

Pay rate: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour. The final rate may be contingent on experience and other factors.
