Job summary

Green Thumb in the United States seeks a Primary Production Scheduler to own the master production schedule across pre-roll manufacturing and flower packaging. You will translate demand signals into executable daily and weekly plans, ensure material availability, and drive continuous improvement across GTI sites.

As a leader, you will elevate site schedulers, standardize scheduling practices, and build scheduling capability across facilities to deliver reliable, executable plans.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in production scheduling or operations in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience building master production schedules across multi-SKU environments.
• Demonstrated coaching and development of schedulers in a matrixed organization.
• Lean, Kaizen, or continuous improvement experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the network-level master production schedule across all SKUs aligned to demand and material availability.
• Translate weekly demand plans into executable daily schedules and communicate to operations teams.
• Lead site schedulers with coaching, standard work, and continuous improvement.
• Identify capacity constraints and drive cross-site coordination to prevent disruptions.
• Champion LEAN principles and drive scheduling standardization across the network.
