Job summary

Green Thumb Industries (GTI) seeks a Production Scheduler in Illinois to own the Master Production Schedule across product categories and translate demand into executable schedules. You will balance labor, materials, inventory, QA timing, and regulatory constraints while coordinating with Sales, Supply Chain, and Compliance.

This role drives schedule accuracy and data integrity across ERP and state systems like METRC, working closely with Operations, Quality, and Finance to optimize throughput

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production environment.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office; Tableau and METRC/State Tracking systems are a plus.
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Adaptable in a demanding, fast-paced setting.
• Superior communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the Master Production Schedule across all product categories.
• Convert monthly production plans into detailed weekly and daily schedules by department and process.
• Sequence production to optimize throughput, minimize changeovers and protect quality.
• Balance line loading and plan overtime and resource reallocation.
• Coordinate with QA for release timing and testing timelines.
• Monitor and align WIP and Finished Goods with forecasts and inventory constraints.
• Drive data quality in ERP and traceability systems and report KPIs.
