Job summary

Green Thumb in Ohio is seeking a Production Scheduler to translate demand and supply plans into executable schedules, balancing labor, materials, inventory, quality and safety.

You will own the Master Production Schedule across product categories, convert monthly plans into weekly/daily schedules, and coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Procurement, QA and Compliance to ensure on-time production.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a production environment as a Production Supervisor or similar.
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Own Master Production Schedule (MPS) across product categories.
• Convert monthly production plans into detailed weekly and daily schedules.
• Balance line loading, manage labor and material constraints, and optimize throughput.
• Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain Planning, Procurement, Operations, QA and Compliance.
• Align production with regulatory requirements and state traceability systems.
