Job summary

KBI Biopharma, Inc. is seeking a Production Scheduler to create and maintain finite production schedules for assigned site(s), align schedules with manufacturing, planning and quality teams, and signal material needs through systems of record.

You will collaborate with manufacturing, planning, maintenance, and warehouse to optimize schedules, run simulations, and incorporate S&OE/S&OP feedback to support company objectives in a GMP setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 8+ years experience in MFG operations, production control, or planning.
• Experience in GMP environments (Chromatography, TFF, automated systems).
• Strong technical writing and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP/LIMS/MES familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Create, track, maintain and optimize short-term schedules for production.
• Balance demand with sequencing and resource efficiency.
• Run simulations and scenarios with Leadership on planning.
• Align schedules with S&OE/S&OP processes and other teams.
• Ensure work orders match active schedule and material needs.
• Model operations and conduct capacity and wait-time analyses.
