Job summary

Green Thumb, based in Ohio, seeks a Production Scheduler to translate demand into executable schedules while balancing labor, materials, inventory, quality, safety and compliance. You will coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain Planning, Procurement, Operations, Quality and Compliance to minimize inventory risk and support profitable growth.

You will own the Master Production Schedule, convert plans into detailed weekly/daily schedules, and ensure adherence through data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in production as a supervisor or similar supply chain role.
• Strong MS Office skills; Tableau & state-tracking systems a plus.
• Independent, organized and detail-oriented with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the Master Production Schedule across product categories.
• Convert monthly production plans into detailed weekly and daily schedules by department and process.
• Balance line loading across departments and optimize throughput; coordinate with QA release timing.
• Adjust schedules based on demand, labor, materials, and regulatory constraints; identify bottlenecks.
• Monitor WIP and Finished Goods; ensure alignment with forecasts and inventory plans.
