Job summary

Green Thumb Industries is seeking a skilled Production Scheduler to translate demand plans into executable schedules while balancing labor, materials, inventory, quality, safety, and compliance. You will own the Master Production Schedule, coordinate with QA and regulatory systems, and partner with Finance for inventory reconciliation.

The role requires 5+ years in production or supply chain, strong Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to manage complex scheduling across multiple departments

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a production environment or related supply chain role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook.
• Proactive, self-directed with strong judgment and resourcefulness.
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage Master Production Schedule (MPS) across product categories.
• Convert monthly plans into weekly and daily schedules by department.
• Balance line loading and manage overtime planning and resource reallocation.
• Coordinate production timing with QA, state traceability and regulatory timelines.
• Monitor WIP and Finished Goods, ensure material readiness and limit inventory risk.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive improvements in schedule adherence and efficiency.
