Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Project Manager to lead delivery of network infrastructure and cabling projects on a site. You will plan, direct, coordinate and budget activities, and ensure schedule, cost, quality, safety and client satisfaction targets are met.

Responsibilities include developing program schedules, coordinating with site teams, preparing cost estimates, managing contracts, supervising staff, and communicating risks and progress to stakeholders. PMP or BICSI are preferred credentials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business management, electrical engineering, construction management, or similar experience.
• 5+ years of direct work experience in construction management, data centers, or structured cabling environments.
• Track record of delivering mission critical programs on time, within budget, and to safety standards.
• Must meet Motor Vehicle Record requirements.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and contract negotiation.

Responsibilities

• The project manager is accountable for effective project management and delivery of their projects.
• Develop the program schedule and establish milestones to meet financial and schedule targets.
• Estimate, prepare proposals, manage costs, and direct labor and purchasing activities.
• Lead safety, environment, quality assurance, and material logistics programs.
• Recruit, hire, train, manage, and supervise project staff; communicate status to stakeholders.
