Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience required.
• At least 2 years of experience in Process Management.
• Experience working in a cross-functional environment with stakeholder expectations.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience with technical formatting, authoring, or publishing tools.

Responsibilities

• Content Management, Technical Writing: author and publish high-quality specifications and guides for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Subject Matter Expert for products and services covered in documentation.
• Process Optimization & AI Automation: redesign workflows and drive automation across the documentation lifecycle.
• Governance & Risk Management: manage document lifecycles with version control and structured reviews.
• Stakeholder Management & Influence: engage leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver results.
