Job summary

Indigo Beam Consulting seeks a Network Administrator to maintain and improve the organization’s network and core infrastructure while delivering high-quality desktop/End-User support. The role covers WAN/VPN, cloud networking, virtualization, and endpoint issues, with quarterly travel to Dallas.

The ideal candidate combines hands-on network administration with strong desktop support skills and experience in VMware and CatoCloud environments.

Qualifications

• Solid experience combining network administration and desktop/end-user support.
• Hands-on VMware (vSphere/ESXi/vCenter) and CatoCloud experience.
• Experience with ticketing systems and ITIL-style practices.
• Certifications in general infrastructure/networking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer, monitor, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VPN, DNS/DHCP, and Wi-Fi.
• Support and manage CatoCloud connectivity, policies, and onboarding.
• Maintain network security practices: patching, access control, segmentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams and ISPs to resolve connectivity issues.
• Document topology, configurations, and runbooks; manage VMware ESXi/vCenter.
• Provide desktop/end-user support for Windows/macOS and productivity tools.
