Job summary

CIS Custom Information Services in Dallas–Fort Worth, TX, is seeking a Level 2 NOC Engineer for onsite work. You will handle level 2 server and networking helpdesk issues and serve as an escalation point for Tier 1 staff, with leadership and strong communication essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in IT/CS or related field.
• 3+ years in systems administration, architecture, installation, and troubleshooting.
• Operational knowledge of virtualization and network infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Handle Level 2 server and networking helpdesk issues and be an escalation point for Tier 1.
• Support desktops, servers, and network infrastructure at client sites and remotely.
• Maintain AD, DNS, VPN access and security policies; perform backups and patch management.
