Job summary

Qualifications

• Solid experience combining network administration and desktop/end-user support.
• Hands-on VMware (vSphere/ESXi/vCenter) and CatoCloud experience.
• Experience with ticketing systems and ITIL-style practices.
• Certifications in general infrastructure/networking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer, monitor, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VPN, DNS/DHCP, and Wi-Fi.
• Support and manage CatoCloud connectivity, policies, and onboarding.
• Maintain network security practices: patching, access control, segmentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams and ISPs to resolve connectivity issues.
• Document topology, configurations, and runbooks; manage VMware ESXi/vCenter.
• Provide desktop/end-user support for Windows/macOS and productivity tools.

Overview

Weareseekinga NetworkAdministrator withstronghands-onexperiencein networkadministration combinedwith desktopsupport/end-usersupport .Thisrolewillberesponsibleformaintainingandimprovingtheorganization’snetworkandcoreinfrastructure,whilealsoprovidinghigh-qualitytechnicalsupporttointernalusers.Theidealcandidateiscomfortabletroubleshootingacrossthestack—fromWAN/VPNandcloudnetworking(including CatoCloud )tovirtualization( VMware )andendpointissues.

Responsibilities

Network&Infrastructure
