Job summary

Chicago Public Schools seeks a Network Data Strategist to support 1-2 networks of 20-40 urban schools. You will help build a robust data strategy for planning to increase student achievement and work with principals and network leaders to implement continuous improvement cycles.

The role requires advanced data skills, experience with Power BI/Google Data Studio, and the ability to translate data insights into actionable plans across CPS initiatives and policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in data analysis and strategy.
• Experience with building data-driven planning processes in education preferred.
• Experience with school datasets and data cycles is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build capacity of school and network leaders for data-driven strategic planning.
• Support CIWP development, implementation, and evaluation using data for planning.
• Provide actionable feedback to improve network data strategies and outcomes.
• Serve as a data analysis advisor across CPS initiatives and policies.
