Job summary

A-Gas is seeking a Network Customer Support Representative to join our team in Bowling Green, Ohio. You will serve as a primary contact for internal and external customers, delivering accurate order support and proactive account coordination.

The ideal candidate has strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience across Salesforce, SharePoint, and SAP. This role supports our West Coast Field Service Team and requires on-site presence with potential hybrid options after training.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of customer service or account support experience.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, SharePoint, SAP, Intacct or similar platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a professional, customer-focused approach.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain accurate records, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver proactive account support to internal and external customers.
• Respond to inquiries by phone and email and provide timely updates and tracking.
• Coordinate with Finance, sales, and field teams to maintain customer accounts.
• Enter, review, and track sales orders and work orders in Salesforce accurately.
• Prepare quotes and send invoices to customers and stakeholders.
• Address concerns professionally and coordinate resolution with accounting.
