The role requires strong communication, 4+ years in customer service, and solid MS Office and ERP familiarity; you will coordinate with program managers and sales, maintain orders, quotes, and provide timely resolutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in a customer service position.
• Experience reviewing and processing Customer Purchase Orders and RFQs.
• Strong PC skills, including MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Serve as interface with assigned customers on orders and related activities.
• Provide effective customer service and understand customer needs.
• Collaborate with Program Managers/Sales to manage order processing and issues.
• Resolve customer issues with internal teams and ensure timely responses.
• Prepare and submit quotes to customers as required.
• Support Lean process improvements and standard work maintenance.
