Job summary

Hinkley is seeking a NetSuite Support Analyst to provide first-level support for employees using NetSuite across the company. You will troubleshoot issues, assist with order entry, invoicing, purchasing, and data maintenance, and escalate complex problems to the NetSuite Administrator.

In this role you will build saved searches, dashboards, and reports, test releases in sandbox, and help keep the knowledge base current. A calm, helpful approach and strong NetSuite knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years supporting NetSuite in a live production environment.
• Hands-on with NetSuite roles, permissions, saved searches, reports, and SuiteFlow.
• Knowledge of order management, inventory, purchasing, and financial processes in NetSuite.
• Experience with Zendesk or Jira Service Management.
• Ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users.
• Strong Excel skills; comfortable with Outlook and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for NetSuite users via ticket, email, and phone.
• Troubleshoot access, permissions, transaction errors, saved searches, and SuiteFlow.
• Manage user administration: passwords, roles, and access requests.
• Guide users through order entry, invoicing, inventory, and purchasing; train new users.
• Monitor integration errors and route to the appropriate team.
• Escalate complex issues with documentation and next steps.
• Help build saved searches, SuiteAnalytics Workbooks, dashboards, and forms.
• Prepare and validate CSV imports and ensure data cleanliness.
• Test releases in sandbox and production; verify changes.
• Keep the knowledge base current and spot recurring issues.
