Qualifications

• At least 8 years in IT with NetSuite ERP support (tech/functional).
• Familiar with Workato or similar integration platforms.
• Experience with AP automation tools (Zone preferred) and RF-SMART.
• Understanding SOX and GxP compliance in IT context.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and documentation.
• Experience with SuiteScript/JavaScript scripting is preferred.
• Background in life sciences or regulated environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and 2 NetSuite support across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Quality.
• Coordinate NetSuite releases, patches, and changes; test and deploy updates.
• Monitor integrations with Workato, Zone, and RF-SMART; resolve errors.
• Maintain system configurations and audit trails for SOX and GxP.
• Create user guides and training for NetSuite and integrated tools.
• Perform routine health checks, data validation, and maintenance tasks.
• Assist internal audit and QA with compliance reviews and documentation.
• Identify opportunities for ERP and automation improvements.
