Skalable Tech is seeking a NetSuite Support Analyst to help customers using NetSuite across finance and operations from our Phoenix, AZ office.

You will clarify issues, investigate transactions and reporting, reproduce problems, and collaborate with functional and technical specialists to resolve and document outcomes. Junior candidates are welcomed with demonstrated practical understanding and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Practical NetSuite knowledge from support, implementation, training or demonstrable exercises.
• Understanding of basic finance or operations workflows and their transaction records.
• A careful troubleshooting approach that distinguishes evidence from assumptions.
• Clear communication, organized follow-up and willingness to ask for specialist review.

Job description

Join our Phoenix team to support customers using NetSuite across finance and operations. You will clarify user questions, investigate transactions and reporting issues, reproduce problems and work with functional and technical specialists on a dependable resolution. We prefer two to five years of relevant experience and also welcome junior candidates who can demonstrate practical understanding, careful troubleshooting and clear communication. You will work with our Chennai NetSuite Functional Consultant and escalate changes that need specialist review. Access and production changes follow the customer authorization and review process.
