Job summary

Heinen’s, Inc. seeks a Financial Systems Analyst to serve as the subject-matter expert for NetSuite, focusing on functionality, configuration, data dependencies, and the General Ledger implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 4+ years of accounting and/or finance experience in NetSuite.
• Strong written and verbal communication across internal and customer-facing channels.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project delivery practices.
• Experience with multi-platform system integrations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define, design, and document cross-functional business requirements for NetSuite features, processes, and procedures.
• Develop, manage, and execute test scripts; document defects and track them through resolution.
• Lead and facilitate product sprint deployments, including planning, UAT, and release management.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, leadership, technology teams, and vendors to drive outcomes.
• Provide guidance and training on NetSuite functionality; develop documentation and materials.
• Support, troubleshoot, and resolve NetSuite-related issues for internal customers.
