Job summary

WP Engine in Seattle is seeking a NetSuite Administrator for Financial Systems to own configurations, troubleshoot issues, and partner with Accounting, Tax, and IT to improve processes and integrations. You will expand your expertise beyond NetSuite by working with platforms like Coupa, Avalara, Nexonia, and more.

You will manage the NetSuite ERP domain, configure roles and controls, and design reports for management and audit.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of professional NetSuite administration experience.
• Familiarity with NetSuite modules such as SuiteBilling, Fixed Assets, and ARM.
• Experience developing custom solutions within NetSuite.
• Understanding of ERP systems and business processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as domain specialist and systems administrator for NetSuite ERP and related financial systems.
• Participate in implementation and integration projects with multiple teams to refine roles and controls.
• Provide internal support on system issues including availability and performance.
• Evaluate issues and implement timely, scalable solutions.
• Learn new systems and tools to improve processes and architecture.
• Document requirements and design reports for management and audit purposes.
