Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• 4+ years of accounting/finance experience in a NetSuite environment with General Ledger knowledge.
• Strong written and verbal communication across internal and customer-facing channels.
• Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams and across organizational levels.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills with prioritization.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project delivery.
• Ability to communicate complex finance/technical concepts clearly to stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, adaptable in fast-paced projects.

Responsibilities

• Define, design, and document cross-functional NetSuite requirements.
• Develop and execute test scripts; track defects through resolution.
• Lead sprint deployments with planning, UAT, and release management.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, leadership, technology teams, and third-party vendors to drive outcomes.
• Support stakeholders on NetSuite functionality; create documentation and training materials.
• Provide Finance liaison between NetSuite and IT post-implementation.
• Monitor NetSuite updates and assess impact on processes and reporting.
