Job summary

SystemsAccountants Inc. seeks a seasoned Financial Systems Analyst to own and optimize the North American NetSuite ERP, partnering with Finance and Supply Chain to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

You will manage configuration, testing, and deployments, develop dashboards, and work with external vendors to deliver enhancements. Strong project management and analytics are essential for success in a fast-paced retail/consumer environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 3+ years of experience managing enterprise applications, integrations, and system architecture.
• Hands-on NetSuite administration experience with best practices.
• Strong knowledge of Finance and Accounting operations (AP, AR, Fixed Assets, FP&A).
• Experience with EDI processes and ecommerce order lifecycle is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary System Owner and Administrator for NetSuite ERP.
• Provide functional and technical support to internal business teams.
• Ensure system availability and reliable data integrations meeting SLAs.
• Develop saved searches, reports, KPIs, and dashboards across core processes.
• Lead Finance and Supply Chain system implementations and enhancements.
• Gather requirements, design processes, configure systems, test deployments.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Logistics, Ecommerce and other teams.
• Perform UAT and coordinate with external vendors/partners.
• Create SOPs, user guides, data flow diagrams, and training materials.
• Drive continuous improvement through automation and optimization.
