Job summary

Heinen’s is seeking a Financial Systems Analyst to own NetSuite functionality, architecture, configuration, and data dependencies. You will support a new General Ledger system rollout, ensure data integrity, and partner with leaders, IT, and vendors to optimize operations.

The role focuses on delivering system capabilities aligned with financial requirements, improving reporting, and maintaining platform health across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• 4+ years of accounting/finance experience in NetSuite environment, including General Ledger.

Responsibilities

• Define, design, and document cross-functional business requirements for NetSuite features and processes.
• Develop, manage, and test scripts; document defects and track resolution.
• Lead sprint deployments, UAT, and release management for NetSuite.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, leadership, IT, and vendors to drive project outcomes.
• Provide NetSuite training and supporting documentation for internal users.
• Develop monthly reporting packages, dashboards, and ad hoc reports.
• Act as Finance liaison between NetSuite and IT, ensuring alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.
