Job summary

SystemsAccountants Inc. is seeking a Finance Systems Manager to administer and optimize the NetSuite ERP platform and related financial systems.

You will collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and business stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, manage support tickets, and ensure systems enable efficient financial operations. Qualifications

5+ years of experience supporting finance systems or ERP platforms.
Hands-on NetSuite administration and support experience.
Strong troubleshooting and ticket management skills.
Experience collaborating with Finance and Accounting teams on processes and reporting.
Excellent communication to translate technical issues into business solutions.

Responsibilities

Act as primary administrator for NetSuite and related financial systems.
Manage and resolve system support tickets, inquiries, and production issues.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve data discrepancies, workflow issues, and reporting concerns.
Partner with Finance to identify process improvements and system enhancements.
Configure NetSuite workflows, saved searches, dashboards, and reports.
