Job summary

SystemsAccountants Inc. is seeking a Financial Systems Analyst to manage the North American ERP environment and related core business systems.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to optimize NetSuite, design processes, and translate requirements into technical solutions that scale operations. You will lead system improvements, coordinate with Finance, Procurement, Logistics, Ecommerce, and other teams, and drive automation and analytics across Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, and

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing enterprise applications and integrations.
• NetSuite Administrator with hands-on experience.
• Strong knowledge of NetSuite best practices.
• Finance/Accounting operations knowledge.
• Experience with B2B and B2C models.

Responsibilities

• Serve as System Owner and Administrator for NetSuite.
• Provide functional and technical support to internal teams.
• Ensure system availability and data integrations meet SLAs.
• Develop saved searches, reports, KPIs, and dashboards.
• Lead Finance and Supply Chain system implementations.
• Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, Logistics, and Ecommerce.
• Create SOPs and training materials.
• Drive automation and process optimization.
• Perform UAT and testing.
• Liaise with third-party vendors.
