NTT DATA is seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Pre-Sales Solution Architect to join our Salesforce Practice in the United States. This client-facing role partners with sales executives, account teams, and delivery leaders to shape and win complex enterprise Salesforce opportunities.

The ideal candidate combines deep Salesforce platform expertise with consultative selling, executive presence, and the ability to translate business challenges into compelling technology solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 6+ years Salesforce consulting/architecture/pre-sales
• 3+ years supporting enterprise sales pursuits
• 3+ years deep Salesforce platform expertise
• 3+ years enterprise CRM/digital transformation experience
• Strong ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences

Responsibilities

• Qualify, shape, and win enterprise Salesforce opportunities with client executives and sales teams
• Lead solution architecture during the sales cycle with scalable Salesforce-based solutions
• Conduct discovery sessions and executive workshops with stakeholders
• Develop business cases and ROI demonstrations for client value
• Support pursuits from qualification to proposal, negotiations and transition to delivery
• Create end-to-end Salesforce architectures across Clouds and adjacent tech
• Estimate efforts and develop implementation roadmaps
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure feasibility and quality
• Provide leadership in large-scale digital transformation initiatives
• Deliver executive presentations and live demonstrations
• Build Salesforce demos highlighting business value and differentiation
• Ensure smooth handoffs from sales to delivery and manage risks
