Job summary

Myers-Holum Delivery Organization seeks a senior Solution Architect to lead large NetSuite projects through pre-sales and delivery, partnering with clients to shape scope and outcomes. You will scope, forecast, and drive project success with cross-functional teams.

You will document plans and requirements, present to stakeholders, support RFP responses, and ensure best practices are applied. Expect up to 75% travel and occasional evenings or weekends to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• 4-5+ years of direct NetSuite implementation, upgrade, and support experience.
• Experience facilitating design and configuration of NetSuite.
• Full lifecycle implementation experience with proven presentation skills.
• Project Management experience in designing and outlining a prospective project plan.
• In depth understanding of NetSuite and the Pre-sales process.
• Travel up to 50% and occasional flexibility in working hours, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead scope, gauge, and deliver large-scale NetSuite projects.
• Forecast project management and delivery scope to ensure a successful client experience.
• Create and maintain project documents, including project plans, solution approaches, and specifications; present to clients.
• Participate in pre-sales meetings, demos, and calls with potential clients in collaboration with account executives and delivery teams.
• Support project planning and tasks to manage timelines and deliverables.
• Lead the creation of business proposals and SOWs once scope is determined.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to leverage best practices and capabilities.
• This role may require travel up to 75% and occasional nights/weekends to meet deadlines.
