Job summary

BDO USA, LLP is seeking a NetSuite Solution Architect to lead functional design, implementation, and support of NetSuite ERP solutions. You will collaborate with Finance, Operations, Sales, and other stakeholders to deliver scalable NetSuite solutions and promote best practices across client environments.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of NetSuite experience leading projects and technical teams.
• Three or more years supporting pre-sales activities, defining project scope, estimating timelines, and SOW development.
• Experience leading two or more full NetSuite ERP implementations or major platform overhauls.
• Experience gathering requirements, discovery workshops, and fit-gap analyses with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience designing and configuring NetSuite across Financials, OneWorld, Inventory, Order Management, and CRM.
• Experience supporting core processes: Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Record-to-Report.
• Experience with UAT, defect management, training, and post-production support.
• Experience with multi-subsidiary operations (preferred); experience in a management consulting environment (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Leads and supports discovery sessions with client stakeholders to gather and validate requirements.
• Analyzes processes and performs fit-gap assessments against NetSuite standard functionality.
• Designs end-to-end functional solutions with process maps, design docs, and configuration specs.
• Defines architecture standards and best practices for NetSuite implementations.
• Oversees NetSuite configuration including GL, COA, subsidiaries, tax nexuses, forms, and roles.
• Develops, tests, and optimizes SuiteFlow workflows.
• Leads data mapping, cleansing, validation, and migration activities.
• Coordinates with technical teams and vendors for integrations and changes.
• Develops UAT scenarios, manages testing cycles, and resolves defects.
• Creates training materials and delivers end-user training to support adoption.
• Serves as escalation point for complex issues and release impacts.
• Develops/reporting using Saved Searches, Financial Reports, and SuiteAnalytics Workbooks.
• Advises on best practices for Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Record-to-Report.
• Supports governance, controls, and standardization across requirements.
• Collaborates with leadership to define priorities, roadmaps, and implementation plans.
• Identifies opportunities to improve performance and scalability.
• Maintains documentation for configuration decisions and business rules.
