Job summary

Sourceability is seeking a hands-on NetSuite Business Analyst to join the IT team in a hybrid role from our Austin, TX office. You will partner with Finance and Operations to translate business needs into clear NetSuite specifications and test solutions with developers, ensuring the ERP remains coherent as the business scales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years hands-on as a functional ERP analyst, with NetSuite focus.
• Strong knowledge of finance fundamentals and month-end close.
• Deep NetSuite experience with Order to Cash and Procure to Pay processes.
• Experience in a highly customized NetSuite environment and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance and Operations to translate processes into functional specs and acceptance criteria.
• Configure and test NetSuite functionality, roles, permissions, and workflows.
• Write functional test plans and lead UAT; secure business sign-off before production.
• Write data mappings, edge cases, and reporting impacts for new changes.
• Create and maintain saved searches, reports, and dashboards for key metrics.
