Job summary

Stoney Clover Lane is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to optimize NetSuite across Finance, Production, Operations, Retail Stores, Wholesale and Digital teams. You will support upgrades, create and maintain dashboards, and document business processes to drive efficiency.

The role requires 5+ years of NetSuite experience, a related degree, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. Hybrid NYC schedule with travel to Brooklyn and retail locations as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of NetSuite support, administration or implementation experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Systems Technology, Business, or related field.
• NetSuite certifications appreciated, not required.
• Experience developing workflows, dashboards, reports, and NetSuite customizations.
• Understanding of NetSuite capabilities including AI and SQL/Python is a plus.
• Experience collaborating with Finance, Merchandising, and Production teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key NetSuite support resource, including upgrades, enhancements, user access and platform maintenance.
• Assist users with tactical requests such as saved searches; document requirements.
• Develop and maintain business process and data flow documentation.
• Create test plans and training materials for system rollout and readiness.
• Create and maintain standard reports (sales, budget vs actual, inventory).
• Develop, test, and deploy NetSuite customizations and enhancements.
• Support integrations with Shopify, RF Smart, Ship Junction, Joor, SPS Commerce.
• Onboard/offboard personnel for equipment and application access; support partners.
