Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

Compensation: $120,000 – $180,000 base salary + bonus potential

Overview

We’re partnering with a high-growth, dynamic organization to identify a NetSuite Business Analyst who will play a key role in optimizing financial systems and supporting critical accounting operations. Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between Accounting/Finance and IT to support and enhance the NetSuite platform
• Translate accounting and business requirements into system configurations, workflows, and enhancements
• Support month-end and year-end close processes through system optimization and workflow improvements
• Assist with audits and ensure systems align with internal controls and compliance requirements
• Maintain clear, detailed documentation of processes, configurations, and system changes (Confluence or similar tools)
• Partner cross-functionally to troubleshoot issues, improve data integrity, and drive continuous system improvements
• Support system-related projects, including implementations, upgrades, and integrations

Required Qualifications

• Hands‑on experience supporting or working within NetSuite, ideally in a multi-entity environment
• Strong understanding of accounting processes, especially close cycles and system-enabled workflows
• Experience supporting audits and/or working within internal control frameworks
• Excellent documentation and process-mapping skills
• Ability to clearly translate accounting requirements into system and technical solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in SaaS or Financial Services or other transaction-heavy environments
• Exposure to tools such as Boomi, FloQast, AuditBoard, and/or Concur
• Experience participating in ERP implementations, system upgrades, or software selection initiatives
• Background in pre-IPO, private equity-backed, or public company environments
• Desire and ability to grow into a Manager-level systems or applications role
