Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates is seeking a NetDocuments Administrator in White Plains (hybrid). You will administer the cloud-based DMS, configure security, monitor performance, and integrate NetDocuments with enterprise apps.

The role requires NetDocuments experience, PowerShell scripting, and strong governance knowledge to support legal operations and ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience administering NetDocuments or similar DMS platforms.
• Knowledge of information governance and metadata best practices.
• Ability to support legal operations or professional services environments.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the NetDocuments platform, including cabinets, workspaces, profiles, templates, and system settings.
• Configure security policies, user roles, groups, and access permissions.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure reliability.
