Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in White Plains, NY seeks a NetDocuments Administrator for a hybrid role to maintain the firm’s cloud-based DMS. The position requires strong governance, security, and automation skills.

You will configure cabinets, workspaces, profiles, templates, and metadata while providing end-user support and training. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of NetDocuments experience, experience supporting legal operations, and the ability to work in a fast-paced

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years administering NetDocuments or a similar DMS.
• Experience supporting legal operations or professional services.
• Knowledge of Windows OS and Office 365.
• Familiarity with SSO and cloud app integrations.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Strong multitasking in a fast-paced firm environment.

Mansioni

• Administer NetDocuments including cabinets, workspaces, profiles, templates.
• Configure security policies, roles, and access control.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, apply upgrades.
